Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

1 September 2018 (6 days)

This retreat is intimate – it has been carefully and tastefully planned to make the most of the natural
beauty of Sigurwana, and for this to be our inspiration in yoga and mindfulness practices. Feel the gentle rhythm of the African wilderness in your heart as you enjoy daily yoga sessions with breath-taking nature views. Delve deeper to experience mindfulness
over each day. Nina’s calming voice will guide you – relax and enjoy!

Let Nina’s intuitive and distinctive approach to yoga awaken your connection with nature, yourself and your inner peace. All ages and yoga levels are welcome.
